Bio Bäckerei im Herzen von Schwabing. Julius Passion ist es Brot zu backen, das auf ehrlicher Handwerkskunst basiert und aus den besten Bio-Rohstoffen aus der Region besteht. Somit biete ich dir in der Nordendstraße 23 ein kleines, aber ehrlich zubereitetes und geschmackvolles Sortiment an, hinter dem ich zu 100 % stehe. Dank der verglasten Fassade meiner Backstube kannst du uns hier ab Mitternacht auf die Hände schauen und dich davon überzeugen, dass wir wirklich ALLES in Handarbeit herstellen und nichts zu verstecken haben. Und warum der ganze Aufwand? Mein großes Ziel ist es Brot wieder zu einem Genussprodukt zu machen. Zu zeigen, dass traditionelle Bäcker-Handwerkskunst einen Unterschied macht.

There’s a (good) reason for the queue outside - hands down one of the best bakeries in Munich! I prefer bread and brezen over pastries but all super good and fresh.

I have been to Julius for a few times and trying to like their sourdough. However, this time i think this is it. It is not to my liking. I love sourdough and lived in London for many years where you could find decent sourdough everywhere. To sourdough at Julius i found it is very salty and super dense. Not offering slicing service is a bit funny The price is insane for 1000g €8.20. Ps. The last picture is one of my fav bakery in London.

Just the best bread (and brezel and a small selection of pastries) you can buy in Munich. It is costly, but absolutely worth it! Unbelievable taste. If you ever have tried it, you will never go back to other bakeries.

This is the best sourdough bread I’ve ever had! The quality and taste are exceptional. It stays fresh for at least three days, maintaining its moist and tender interior without drying out!!

What a beautiful, cozy and delicious bakery!! Im in loveeeeee In love with the details of this bakery, you can walk by and see the bakers working and baking as well. The service is amazing, they are very friendly and welcoming. The bread is really delicious and croissant was perfect If you are a bread lover… this is a must visit bakery!
