About Leonardo Hotel Nürnberg

Located at Zufuhrstraße 22, 90443 Nürnberg, Leonardo Hotel Nürnberg operates as a hotel serving Nürnberg in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

When booking accommodation or travel services in Germany, confirm the check-in window, whether the rate includes breakfast and the local city tax (Kurtaxe or Bettensteuer), and what the cancellation terms are; pensions and Gasthöfe are often family-run and appreciate notice. Reviews that mention noise, bed size, Wi-Fi and cleanliness are usually the most useful. Prices jump around trade fairs, the Christmas markets, Oktoberfest and the summer school holidays, so book early for those dates.

Opening hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Nürnberg keep standard hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on the weekly Ruhetag, on Sundays and over the Christmas and Easter holidays. You can reach Leonardo Hotel Nürnberg on 0911 27760; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. More information is available on its website, leonardo-hotels.de.

With 4.0 out of 5 on Google from 2,590 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for hotels in Nürnberg. German customers tend to review sparingly and critically, so a mid-range score with detailed comments is often a fair picture.

Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in Nürnberg, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

A proper full-service hotel with a staffed reception. Check-in and check-out were simple and straightforward, without the self-service gimmicks that many hotels increasingly do to save on labour. There is paid underground parking directly beneath the hotel. It uses the same entrance as the general parking garage, but the hotel has its own separate private parking area, which was very convenient. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely ideal. The hotel is right by Nürnberg station and only a very short walk from the historic centre, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a very comfortable and well-run hotel in an excellent location, with good facilities and great staff.

the location is okay but the neighbourhood is quite unpleasant. the room seemed to be clean at first but the longer you look at it, the more noticeable the mess becomes. there was mold in the bathroom, especially in the sink and the shower head that we had to clean ourselves to make it a bit better. the shower door couldn't be properly closed so upon usage the floor becomes wet and slippery. the bedroom part is alright. the bed sheets were clean. however, the pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on, they're not filled in properly so the head sinks in. it wouldn't be my first hotel of choice to stay in again but if you're on a somewhat tight budget, a one-time stay wouldn't hurt.

At first comments here scared me. But room, location were actually decent. You get more than you pay for. Staff are amazing and helpful in every way. Location is 15 min walking distance to the old town, direct connection to the airport, close to supermarkets. They do have air conditioning. The coffee machine in the room could need renewal. It didn’t work so well and it was dusty.
