This Ibis unfortunately has more of a youth hostel vibe. The reception is only manned from 5pm, the telephone service is rather unfriendly and can't help with anything. The room walls must have been made of cardboard as you can hear every word your neighbour is saying. I would rather not come back again

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had — avoid in summer or if you need sleep I arrived late at night during a heatwave to find the window in my room already open and the air conditioning apparently not working. The hotel is located right next to the MAN truck plant, and I was kept awake all night by constant forklift traffic, extraction fans and general industrial noise. With no relief from the heat and the noise pouring in through the open window, I did not sleep at all. As I was on a business trip, this ruined the entire next day — I was completely unable to function. In the morning, I mentioned the air conditioning issue and was told that it does work… but only if you turn the dial to hot. Frankly, this is baffling and should be clearly explained at check-in or displayed in the room. I would not recommend staying here in hot weather, or at all if you need rest before a work commitment.

Very basic, the worst ibis budget that I ever been to. Rooms not cleaned properly, corners filled up with dirt and dusty fluff. Cleaning staff however are so noisy, two mid aged Indian women literally sound like someone rebuilding the rooms not cleaning it, BANG BANG like they hate the place, they wave an attitude and are very rude. No lounge at this hotel so either sit in the jail like room or go out...not suitable for a good rest.. reception guy is quite weird, he always sits in the breakfast restaurant that would be lounge normally however he says 'no one is allowed there' not even just to sit and eat your takeaway when there's no food service anyway. Breakfast is very basic, no hot food just a cold plate for 11.5 eur.
