Firmengründer waren Dieter und Renate Mayer. 2026 übernimmt Luca Berg, gelernter Koch, u.a. bei der Malzmühle, führt den Betrieb nach gewohntem Muster fort. Wir führen die Tradition der Metzgerei bis heute fort. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Betrieben, stellen wir den größten Teil unserer Wurstwaren noch selber her.
