Title: Unacceptable treatment at reception I went to Five Reasons Hotel & Hostel on 02.07.2026. During check-in, I was treated in a very rude and aggressive way by a receptionist when I asked her a simple question about breakfast (which I had already paid for). She raised her voice and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. I felt disrespected and shocked by the situation. She was soo raccisst ! Because of this experience, I had to cancel my stay and leave the hotel immediately. I was forced to book another accommodation, which caused additional costs. I do not understand how tourists can be treated in this way. This experience was very disappointing.

Excellent hostel! Very clean bathrooms and kitchen. Large rooms with windows for ventilation and comfortable beds. Great location close to the train station and Old Town. Friendly desk staff. Highly recommend!

It’s a perfect hostel which I’ll definitely come back again!!! Clean, room is big and come with separately washroom, hair dryer, lockers and lift! Most important part is that they do have private curtain so I feel really safe! The Staff was really kind as well! Highly recommended!!
