I live in the United States and was interested in a jacket but needed to try it on when I arrived in Germany. I emailed the store and received a fast response that they had to order it and it would be a week to receive it. I arrived one week later and was extremely happy with all of the staff. They were very professional, polite, and helpful, and knowledgeable. The jacket was there as expected and it fit very well. I want to give special accolades to Sigrid Hannemann who stayed in communication with me throughout the process. She is excellent!

Always amazing in terms of service. Very communicative and even initiative. Someone saw something wrong with my bike on my way out and immediately fixed it on the spot, which I really appreciate! When buying baskets for storage, the mechanics have also always accompanied me even to the basket racks to find one that best matches my bike (I did this two times, and this happens on both occasions). By far my favorite Stadler branch!

Big shop with good range of bicycles, E bikes for adults and children. I really liked the ride and buy concept all within the shop. Also, they have a workshop inside for any kind of adjustments or extra fittings for new bikes purchased or the repairs of old ones bought originally from the shop. The employees are kind and helpful in nature. Centrally located and easily accessible in car as they have a big parking lot. Well recommended.

I visited this store for the second time and I bought a helmet this time. I was satisfied with both: the high quality of the product and the service. The sales consultant named L.Castelletti, paid huge attention to the customer(to us and to others, as we saw he also worked perfectly with other customers) and gave us full information. By the way he speaks English fluently which is a great advantage. I would like to thank him one more time. I will choose this store again.
