Christoph and his team are absolutely phenomenal! I came into the shop with a five alarm emergency, late on a Friday afternoon before Roth and they dropped everything to help make sure we could get my bike repaired before the race. Christoph called throughout his tight-knit network of parts suppliers and mechanics to find a very specific base bar that was possibly the last in the area. He arranged to have this part reserved for me and for his colleagues to also drop everything, and do a two hour repair immediately the next morning. Christoph said there was no way I was missing my race and even offered to loan me his personal bike. He is such a kind man and I wish I could give the shop 5 more stars.

After more than a decade of looking for a meeningful bike shop that understands the needs of a enthusiastic amator rider I found this shop. They are kind, professional, quick in solving problems; more - they are always open for a nice chat about bikes, cycling, trends. The owner and the team around him are nice and warm people with a high level of competence also above the mainstream trends and they are able to advise road & gravel & indoor cyclist of any level. Best bike shop I know - and trust me - I know many!

We took our two road bikes to this store for the yearly inspections. We were disappointed by the service and things that happened afterwards. We paid, in my opinion, a fair amount of money for the inspection and hence expected the bikes to be ready for the season. When we took the bikes back though, one of the bike chains was not oiled at all and the other bike's chain was making noise because it was touching the mechanism to change the gears. After taking a ride for a day, we took one of the bikes back to oil and it was kindly done. We also took the second bike back, but were told there wasn't any problem. After that, we tried to fix the problem ourselves, as beginners, and we made it worse. When we took the bike back again a third time, they were suggesting us to make a new appointment. This is understandable and fine regarding it is peak season and because of the work load they have. However, we felt our feedback wasn't taken seriously and nobody did at least apologize. Overall, this place is cool. At the same time, we felt the service didn't meet our expectations.

I went for a Bikefit with Jürgen... I had a very good time with him but specially we ended setting up my bike according to my measurements, wishes! It was very professional and at the same time very friendly. His experience talks by itself when putting it into practice and end results! I'm very happy about it! I will definitely come back for any other adjustments needed! I will definitely recommend him for Bikefitting!!

Brilliant service. Really nice owner, very professional and knows what he's doing. I've been to nearly every bike shop in Nürnberg over the last few years, for various maintenance/repair work and this is by far the best in terms of quality, price and customer service.
