I had the best experience with a young doctor in the emergency room. He was very helpful and we finished everything in 5min.

The experience is very bad expecially in the children Station, especially the big woman with white hair. Very unfriendly and have an attitude, i think she's old and i don't think it's her 1st time handling a 2.5 year old child. Of course the child cries and hard to handle what do you expect from a 2.5 yrs old child? to be 12 or 18 yrs? Very bad experience with this hospital. Good thing the doctor is very kind and nice

After at least 5 visits to this hospital, I can now confidently say, this is the worst hospital I have ever been to, with the last visit being the worst. 1. First visit to KVB: left me bewildered - Doctor had his seemingly girlfriend in the room while he was assessing me (he gave her no introduction and she was just sitting with her purse in her lap watching me), no privacy protection - I asked if I could inform him of my issues first before starting assessment (head confusion due to illness), but he was impatient and already started the examination (how do you know what to examine if you don’t listen first??) - 2.5 hours waiting to see a doctor who cannot tell me a anything because they can no longer test blood 2. Transfer to Notaufnahme: Would have been horrible if not for the exceptional doctor - Notaufnahme receptionist was incredibly rude with a horrible attitude problem! I waited for 2 minutes for someone to come to the window, and after looking down for maybe 10 sec, she is standing in front of me (tall and brown hair girl) with a scowl on her face and head tilted (obviously annoyed). The first question she asked was if I have pain… ??? Why would I be at the hospital wasti

A typical healthcare staff who sees emergency room as a place to sleep and get annoyed by coming patients. Arrived there after waking up at 3am barely breathing, in fever and pain (also wrong antibiotic treatment from another careless German clinic). The health(dont)care employee at the desk, who earns his wages on my tax, told me that I should go to HNO because they do not treat simple colds. Simple colds? I guess he used his magic power and xray-capable-eyes to do a quick diagnosis on me without checking anything about the history and no examination. I am no doctor, but as an individual over 30, i do know what is a simple cold, you genius. Unfortunately, if i leave this country one day, it will because of the careless healthcare, and wasted money on them to sleep in emergency rooms.

Horrible. I have had only 2 visits to this clinic and both are so disgusting that I really want to write complain to Bayern Minister of Health. My first visit to this clinic was in late December. I had a very high temperature ( about 40). When I came to the clinic (very important detail: I was in a very warm Parajampers, which are worn by people of Siberia at -70 degrees). I was received by Dr. Marton Teurek. I was interrupted when I tried to talk about my symptoms, he literally did not listen and besides, he did not even ask me to take off my jacket and undress to listen to my lungs! I was diagnosed with a Gripp and prescribed antibiotics!!!(Azithromycin). Are you crazy? How can you prescribe antibiotics for the Gripp? Eventually, after 2 days I went to another doctor because nothing in my health changed and surprisingly, as it turned out, I had just an infection, and prescribed antibiotic caused horrible allergy spots on the body. My second visit to this hideous clinic was 17.03. 2025. Main complaint: fever ( about 40 every evening). I was received by Dr. Joachim Peter. He was much more polite than the previous doctor, looked at my throat, listened to my lungs, listened to eve
