War wegen einer belegärztlichen OP für 4 Tage im Diako auf der Station B2. Vom Narkosegespräch über die Aufnahme, der OP Vorbereitung über den Aufwachraum und die Station: Fachlich versiertes Personal, das den Patienten einfühlsam umsorgt. Insbesondere das Pflegeteam der Station B 2 war Spitzenklasse. Immer da, immer freundlich und dabei fürsorglich. Da kann sich so manches Krankenhaus eine Scheibe davon abschneiden. Weiter so!

This week I underwent a Hemithyroidectomy at Diako Augsburg. All I can say is that I am very happy and grateful that this hospital was recommended to me. Starting from the pre operation visit to the operation itself and everything else, went perfect due to the excellent staff! I was treated with compassion, care and respect as it should. I speak just a bit of german, but that caused no problem as everybody had the willingness to understand me. Also everything is sparkling clean. I want to especially thank Dr. Golling who was my doctor! He is so professional but above all I have never met such a nice, caring and compassionate doctor. He always took his time for my concerns and question. Thank you!

I recently underwent laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis at DIAKO with Dr. Ute Sulzbach, and I am extremely happy with the entire experience. From reception to the operating theatre and post-operative recovery, every single staff member treated me with calmness, kindness, and a genuine smile. From registration to discharge, the whole process was smooth and well organized. I was treated with great care and respect throughout my stay. Even though I do not speak German very well, the staff were incredibly patient—they spoke slowly so I could understand and switched to English whenever needed, which made me feel comfortable and supported. As this was my first surgery, I was very anxious, especially about anesthesia. However, my pre-operative consultation with Dr. Jannis Bartl cleared all my doubts and reassured me that I was in safe hands. His calm and clear explanations made a huge difference. All the attending staff were caring, attentive, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Dr. Ute Sulzbach for her expertise and support throughout my surgery.
