So happy with the shellac pedicure I got here, the girl who did it was super sweet and honestly went above and beyond what I expected! The salon itself is really nice, tidy, and clean too, and I’ve got nothing but praise for the girl who did my pedicure. Definitely coming back!

I only went to this salon because I couldn't cooridnate the timing with my nail technician, and this salon had good reviews but the nails I got here are the worst nails I have ever gotten. At first I was waiting for more than 40 minutes even though I scheduled the appointment, because the salon was overcrowded. Then the guy who was working on my nails managed to cut me with the electric nail file and he didn't know how to react. I was bleeding and instead of getting alcohol he kept apologizing. When I asked for alcohol or something to disinfect the cut, he brought some skin protection gel, which I refused and again asked for a disinfectant. Then he got the first aid kit and gave me some spray to clean my finger. It is unnecessary to say that I was pissed. In the end some lady finished my nails and they gave me 2€ discount and a 5€ coupon for the next time, like if there is going to be a next time. AND they canceled the appointment I made through treatwell. The work looks super cheap as well.

I had my manicure and pedicure done today, and I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had since coming to Germany. I am extremely satisfied, and they completely exceeded my expectations. From the attention to detail to the customer care and overall service, everything was exceptional. They constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even offered me tea several times, which made me feel genuinely cared for. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. What impressed me the most was that they took their time and did not rush through the process. I’ve been to several nail salons in Berlin where everything felt rushed, but here they focused on quality and making sure I was completely satisfied with the result. They really listened and paid attention to every little detail. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for the level of service and quality you receive. I left with absolutely no worries and with beautiful nails that I’m in love with. If you want real value for your money and an experience where you truly feel appreciated as a customer, I highly recommend this place. I

I’ve come to this salon many times and they always do the most amazing job! Showed them what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. Super clean and professional. Always friendly, great prices. Best nail salon in Berlin! I won’t go anywhere else.

One of the best nail studios in Berlin! This place might look unassuming and it's not located in the city center, but it's absolutely worth the visit. I love coming here every time. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the girls always take my wishes into account. The studio is spotless, and the nail polish lasts really well. Highly recommended!
