Went in there to rent a car and were denied because our international driving permit and our Canadian drivers license weren't good enough. Apparently there is a hidden rule that if you've been in Europe for 6 months, even if you're leaving in less than a month and never owned a car here, you have to have a German driving license. Not one person has ever told us this. We rented a car last month from Budget and had no issues whatsoever. This was hidden in the terms and conditions under acceptable forms of payment, at the bottom, and is a silly place to hide it since you already took payment from me. So we got no car and no refund and nobody would bother to help us with anything or offer any solutions. We had to scramble to try and find trains that could get us to our destination 8 hours away, and this cost us so much more money that we can't afford. Never ever rent from them.

Very disappointing experience. I rented a cargo van for just one day, and after returning it, I was accused of causing damage to the vehicle. The photos they provided as evidence clearly show rust around the damaged area. Rust does not form overnight, which raises serious questions about whether the damage existed before I rented the van. I believe this matter is being handled unfairly, and I expect it to be resolved based on the facts. If it is not, I intend to seek guidance from JAG regarding my options. I will also make other service members aware of my experience so they can make informed decisions before renting from this company. I strongly recommend that anyone renting a vehicle thoroughly document its condition with photos and videos before leaving the lot. Based on my experience, I would not rent from this company again.

Young man at the rental desk was really helpful. Car quality is great, love the navigation system. The only negative is that the car is not clean. Dead bugs all over it.

This is a very good location to pick up your rental car. With a friendly and courteous staff, they are knowledgeable on which vehicle meets your needs at best. And if they have one available, they are more than willing to give you an upgraded class with no costs add
