The bikes were good quality, and the staff were very friendly. Easy process to reserve bikes online. Had a good time. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great experience renting E-bikes here! We were able to make our reservation online and, though there were a couple of communication challenges at the beginning, everything was resolved and our day was great because of their help! We will definitely be renting bikes here again for our next ride around in Regensburg.

I had a great E- bike rental from Rent A Bike in Regensburg. Exploring the beautiful city of Regensburg is SO much better on an E bike! I love E-biking. You can see the old and new areas, venture along the riverfront, with the capability of getting back to your starting point in a short time. I had hiked over to the shop from the river docks, and found out a passport was needed. Thankfully, they lent me a regular bike to retrieve passport. After completing the rental papers, off I went for a fun exploration day, Later, I had an issue with the kickstand and they were able to fix and get me back out to finish my Ebike experience. Seeing Regensburg by Ebike is a wonderful experience! Thank you Rent A Bike!

We rented six bikes at the end of September 2021 and dropped them off in Vienna. The service was excellent the bikes were perfect, excellent condition and we had no problems at all. The 312 mile trip was fantastic...highly recommended.

The guy was very gentle and booking took only 5 minutes. Quality of bikes rent was gorgeous and the rent shop is just aside the railway station. 15€ for a whole day from 9 am to 7 pm it is a very cheap fair. No advance money required, only ID. I ABSOLUTELY reccomend it 🤩🤩🤩
