( My Second visit) I had a great experience thanks to May Karim. I went in looking for knee support, and she took her time to show me all the available options and explain the differences clearly. She helped me try them on and made sure I chose the best one for my needs. May was friendly, patient, and truly professional, with excellent customer service. I really appreciated her care and attention—highly recommend asking for her! (My First visit) I had a great experience at Ortho Fit Shop. Zinder was incredibly professional—she took the time to do a proper examination to understand exactly what I needed. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, which made the whole process comfortable and easy. Her colleague Ysaak was also professional and friendly. Highly recommend this place for both the service and the staff!

My recent experience here was disappointing. While some of the staff were polite, my issue, which involved the duty manager "Ms. Stöck", was not handled with the necessary RESPECT or attentiveness. A resolution was unfortunately not provided, leading to a very poor customer experience overall to a regular & LOYAL customer.

Super friendly service without waiting time. Open until 16:00 on Saturday.

Great service. I went there to get compression socks and got a very professional consultation. I would have not gotten the right socks if I would have just bought them online. I was also informed that the socks were partially covered by my insurance so that was great to know as I would have not known it myself.

Herr Dorandt is unbelievable. The man is like a half doctor. He repair my corsets multiple times and he gave me advice and share his experience with me. His kindness and customer facing orientation comes so natural and his compassion for helping people is absolutely impressive!! Thank you so so much!
