Currently waiting for my order! This was my second time visiting. The first time was absolutely lovely, the person working then was super helpful, answered all my questions patiently, and was overall very welcoming. Unfortunately, my second visit was a completely different experience. The lady working the shift on Tuesday was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She practically raised her voice at me and kept speaking in German even after I clearly told her I don’t speak the language. While I completely understand that this might have been inconvenient for her, I would have happily waited if she had simply told me so. I really didn’t appreciate being treated that way, especially since I approached her politely. It’s disappointing after such a great first experience.

Right in the city center, good service and fair price. I had to rent a wheelchair for my daughter on our holidays in München, this saved our trip! Thank you very much guys 🥰

Good choice, various options present, but personnel is unfortunately quite unfriendly and tries to sell you extras for high prices.
