Henrietta was really great!! Helped me pick out frames that suited my face, and explained everything to make sure it was all clear. And I love my new glasses

40 DAYS PROCESSING TIME Initially I had a relatively good experience buying frames. Since the frames I wanted were the last ones in the store and I didn’t have my prescription with me, I purchased the frames, and I went back two days after to place an order for the glasses. This happened the 23.11.23. Today is the 04.01.24 and I am STILL WAITING. When I did my order, the staff said they had an issue with the system, so they wrote the order on paper. I came back to the store the 12.12.23 to ask if there were any news about my glasses, only to figure out that the staff never placed the order, they completely forgot about it and they had my frames still in the store. The day I order the glasses there were FIVE staff members dealing with it and sadly none placed the order! The sales assistant I met that day was friendly, apologized and submitted the request into the system, I received a confirmation email, he said the glasses might be ready before the new year. Everything good up to there, and I was even patient enough to wait for them to come this week. But yesterday I received a new email saying the glasses are JUST NOW sent to the workshop and I have to wait between 5 and 13 days mo
