I went there because I had a small problem with my glasses from a different optic. The employees solved my problem very quickly and were very friendly.

I was here last year because I was having headaches with my eyeglasses, due to: it doesn’t sit right on my nose and my eyes, the angles are not in order, I asked Frau Marie Engelbert if she can help me repair it even if the eyeglasses that I had is not from smile optic store (I ordered it from my home country), instead of saying no to me like other optical does, she smiled so warmly and said „yes gerne I will help you“, she then cleaned my eyeglasses, adjusted them and then made sure that it fits perfectly, Fast forward to now, I am still using it and I never had headaches anymore. That’s why I will never forget the kindness. I recommend this shop highly especially because of it’s service and the people working here, to Frau Engelbert, thank you so much for helping me, you are such a great person and employee :) I wish you all the best in your career and your life :) To smile optic thank you.

One of the attendants was really rude to me when I entered the store. Luckily, another staff member came to help and was super friendly. The frames start at €149 and take around 10 days to be ready. This is not ideal for people on a budget or who need glasses quickly. Because of the lack of affordable options and the initial rudeness, I can only give two stars.

Marie Engelbert is an exceptional service employee. From start to finish, she assisted me with all of my questions, provided valuable advice, and ensured that I had all the information about the available services and features.

I had a quick stop in last week to resupply my contacts. My Deutsch is pretty bad but we managed. The young man and I began talking about other services there and he was very helpful. I decided to look at some glasses as well. Not only was he an awesome selector but very informative about the process from start to finish. I’m looking forward to getting a pair or two or three!
