Hotel Alfa

I can 100% recommend Hotel Alfa. It is in a pleasant location right next to the main train station, where you can also find plenty of shops. No major noise from the station can be heard, so it is nice and quiet for sleeping at night. The double room has plenty of space for storing luggage and moving around. There is also air conditioning, which is amazing during hot summer days. The staff is willing to help with anything they can, and you can speak English without any problems. If you are traveling abroad for the first time and arranging accommodation, the staff will explain everything clearly and do their absolute maximum for your comfort. I can highly recommend Hotel Alfa. We found Hotel Alfa at the last minute. We originally had a reservation at another hotel, which told us on the day of our arrival that they did not have our paid booking in their system, that it was our problem and they showed zero effort to help us resolve it. At the last second, we found Hotel Alfa. I described our situation to the staff—that we had nowhere to sleep. They took the situation very seriously, and within a few minutes, we agreed on the accommodation, price, and our arrival time. They even told

The most wonderful, charming stay! An easy walk from the main train station in Munich, and the most kind staff to take care of every need for my mom and myself. I would recommend to anyone traveling through/to Munich. A wonderful and authentic Bavarian breakfast too! What an awesome experience. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Anton was able to squeeze 21 of us in on an unexpected change of plans. Not only was the process super quick + smooth but the rooms were very nice too. They even include air conditioning!! Breakfast was much better than any hotel/youth hostel that I’ve stayed at in Germany so far. The location of the hotel was also super helpful as it’s near a train/subway station making it easier to get around. Anton was also able to get our subway tickets for us so it was less of a hassle! I definitely recommend coming here as the experience was overall amazing.

We were on a school trip and accidentally booked a hostel for the wrong date. In a panic, we called this place. They were very accommodating, understanding and helpful. It ended up being a huge upgrade (AC, great breakfast, room was nice). Highly recommend!
