The new store is impressive – the assortment is wide and deep – all you need – check it out.

Big store with loads of options. Disinterested and poor service. When the staff says "look around, we have so many bikes , I can't tell you what we have and don't have and can't find it". Don't think I'll spend my money here.

The worst ever service. I ordered a shock for my bike and they proceeded to mount another one without informing me. They also installed a cassette and chain that kept rubbing on the front derail and the back edges on low gears. Tried to explain to them that the issue and they literally shoved the receipt in my face and walked away. The most disrespectful service I have ever experienced at a bike shop. Had to literally pay another bike shop to do the same work and lost almost 300€

Considering how much I loathe megastores I actually had a rather enjoyable time there. The place is huge and has lots of options. Service staff was always available. There is a test track in-house where the bicycles can be tried out. There is also a large selection of accessories available.
