A couple of us on a cycle tour from Frankfurt to Vienna stopped in at the end of our days ride. One had an alignment problem with front SRAM derailleur, I needed my rear wheel realigned and spikes tightened. Both issues were fixed within 2 hours which was fabulous as were cycling on tomorrow. Great service from an extremely knowledgeable and friendly chap - my bike was even cleaned. It’s a popular place so don’t be put off waiting. Great value for this kind of service.

I took 3 bikes to these guys with about 40 minutes notice, and within a few short hours they'd replaced a bottom bracket, replaced the gear cables on a tandem and diagnosed and fixed a troublesome rear mech. They were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices were great. I really can't recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to Frank and his team.

I recently moved to Regensburg and it was a big problem for me where I can get a service for my racing bike. Bicycle diagnostics. Replacing the crankset and installing a power meter. The gear shift service was done as if I had received new ones. The mechanic also noticed that I needed to straighten the wheel and was attentive to detail! Friendly staff who speak different languages, which makes communication during service easier. I will definitely return in the spring to prepare the bike for the racing season. I would like to recommend this service center to you.

I was only in Regensburg for a few days so I wasn't sure if they would be able to help me with a sporadic problem I'd been having with my gears shifting. It was a pleasant surprise that one of the employees was able to take a look at the problem on the spot. We even spent about ten minutes or so trying to find the problem. Ironically the problem somehow basically disappeared around this time, but the employee gave me some good advice. Overall just very satisfied with the friendliness and how quickly I could get the bike looked at.
