Very friendly and they give you their time even if you are not sure if you will buy yet.

We didnt speak much Germans (visiting friends) and the shop owner was very kind and generous with his experiences, recommendation and suggestions in English. He entertained our questions and didnt give us any pressure to purchase at all. Maybe the best customer service in our 1months holiday in Germany. When I am ready and made my decisions to buy, definitely will come here.

Arrogant and unhelpful as I was only looking for an inexpensive but crucial part. Only interested in selling overpriced ebikes to unsuspecting customers.
