Weinträne is a restaurant in München, Bayern. It is listed at Schleißheimer Str. 77, 80797 München, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.

Opening hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in München keep standard hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on the weekly Ruhetag, on Sundays and over the Christmas and Easter holidays. The listed phone number is 089 37454251. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is xn--wein-trne-12a.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 161 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded restaurants in München.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I visited Weinträne yesterday and had a truly nice experience. This charming little wine bar in Maxvorstadt has a very cozy and intimate atmosphere, with seating for around 20 guests. We were sitting at the bar, which made the evening feel especially relaxed and personal — I highly recommend that spot if you can get it. The wine list is featuring selections from Italy, France, and Germany, with a great variety of both white and red wines. There’s definitely something for every taste. The food menu is exactly what I appreciate in a restaurant: concise and bistro-style, which gives you the confidence that everything is freshly prepared on site. I had the tuna tartare, which was perfectly seasoned with just the right touch of spices. For dessert, I chose the mille-feuille with vanilla cream and ice cream, and it was super tasty. On top of that, the service was very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place and will certainly be coming back!

Really loved this place. The service was amazing - very personal, attentive, and genuinely caring. The restaurant itself isn’t very big, but that actually adds to the atmosphere. It feels cozy and intimate. We had two glasses of red wine, and since they have a great wine selection, we were offered thoughtful recommendations that paired well with our food. We shared a tartare and had two roasted beef sandwiches, and everything was genuinely delicious - simple, well-executed food with great flavors. Definitely recommend!

The food is really awesome, flavorful, creative and cooked with love! … it only took some time. We also loved the relaxed atmosphere; few places outside. Will definitely come back.

The place looks nice inside but unfortunately there is now vibe or atmosphere. The staff is friendly but reserved. The vegetarian dish was delicious. Bread and butter doesn’t just come to the table for free, like in most other places I’ve been to, it’s 5,50€! All in all it was a nice evening but nothing special for those prices.

Gastro winebar concept that looks promising when you first step in but unfortunately doesn’t quite deliver. Their signature roast beef sandwich is creative with the use of a brioche bun and has a decent albeit heavyhanded sauce; and the latter unfortunately completely overpowers the beef. Their tuna dish is better and the tuna is well seared without being overcooked. The banana split dessert is pretty average. And for a wine bar, it’s odd that they serve only 0.2L pours, which limits how many you can try. Prices are on the steep end: 3 dishes and a drink will set you back €80+, which is not atypical for Munich but you can getter better quality for the same price point at other wine bars(e.g. Manu, Mural)
