Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

They have a nice Biergarten with plenty seating in the sun and shade making this a cozy place to enjoy good German food and beer. Waiters seem to be all of the place a bit but the service is still quick and friendly. Food is good I wished the Salat was bigger but I had Spätzle so I was ok. They do have Veggies options too.

Excellent atmosphere with authentic Franconian cuisine and friendly, quick service. We started with the Fränkischer Wurstsalat a flavorful sausage salad with pickles, onions, crusty bread, and mountain cheese that was absolutely delicious. For the main courses, the Fränkisches Schweineschäuferla was outstanding — tender pork shoulder in a rich dark beer sauce served with potato dumplings and sauerkraut, full of traditional flavor. The Wirtshaus Schnitzel was perfectly cooked, crispy, and paired well with the creamy mushroom sauce and fries. They also offered several sauce options to customize the dish. A great spot for authentic regional German food with generous portions and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Completely full, on a random Thursday! And very well deserved. We had to wait 5 to 10 minutes for a table, but it was totally worth it. The beer is obviously great, I had a Rotbier, draft. The food was top notch, we had a Wiener Schnitzel, a Gröstl and a salad. The Schnitzel was the definition of breaded perfection. Look at that picture, you would marry that beauty. The Gröstl is kind of a sauté which includes pretzel (!) chunks, potatoes, mushrooms and fried onion, and the stuff dreams are made of. So tasty and fulfilling. Kudos to the entire team. It is impressive to see how well coordinated, how fast, responsive, professional and friendly they are. Some say that younger people are careless and lazy and whatever. This team proofs that wrong, it's a pleasure to see them work. Keep it up!

We were able to secure a last minute reservation, but it was inside not the Beautiful beer Garten. Was still very nice. Out server Otin recommended the Pork Shoulder and we also ordered the Schnitzel. Bothe were delicious.

Delicious German food. The atmosphere is nice, but the service… omg. We came around 20:00 and ordered 2 beers. After 10 minutes, the waitress gave one of our beers to another table and then didn’t remember who ordered the second one. When the guy from the next table told her it wasn’t his beer, she brought us one beer, and we had to wait again for the second one. We ordered 4 dishes (3 main dishes and a salad for €5.5). Around 20:45, they brought us only one dish. Our beers were already finished, so we ordered more. We waited 15 minutes, then another waiter came, we ordered again, and waited another 10 minutes. Then a third waiter came. At 22:00 we asked where our food was (they close at 23:00, and there were only 2 tables occupied). She said “just a second,” and after 5 minutes our food arrived — but still no beer. We ordered beer again, and finally, after more than 30 minutes, we got it. All the time they kept asking if everything was alright. No, it’s not normal to wait 25–30 minutes for a beer. And they forgot my salad :(
