Very comfortable apartment close to the center, with easy access to everywhere. There were no problems, very clean, and the owners were very pleasant and kind.

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at this apartment. The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The private parking was a great plus, and the apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

We stayed in Steinhauser’s Ferienwohnungen (Augsburg) this last week with a group of 9. Apartments Max and Lucca were perfect for our needs - comfy beds, kitchens, sitting areas, and a great tub to soak in (Lucca). The apartments were clean and tidy, and had the linens and kitchen supplies as promised. The team was wonderful about getting us into one of our two bookings early since we arrived quite early in the day, so we could freshen up and store luggage. The location was central enough for short walks, but in a quiet living area. Close to the tram/bus lines and grocery store (5 min walk). The team was responsive and helpful. Easy to navigate whether you speak German or English. We would happily stay here again!

We had a very comfortable stay in Apartment Paula in late September 2025. Although the property information lists a service provider for laundry of major items such as lounge shirts, t-shirts etc. those on a longer stay, say up to a week, may prefer to launder their own underclothes. Therefore, it would be useful to list in Rental Information the address and contacts for nearby self-service laundromats (waschsalons). After 3-4 days we located such a 'waschsalon' in walking distance as close as the listed supermarkets, but by this time we had already done some of our own laundry of underclothes. A washing machine in the building for use by apartment renters would be another solution.

We had a great stay at a comfortable 2 bedrooms apartment, equipped with everything needed for a whole week. It was very clean, safe and close to the city center with lotsofsupermarkets, restaurants, public transport and playgrounds nearby. Easy self check in and out.
