The landlord was super nice and helpful when we dumb Americans were learning the recycling. The space is comfortable and we enjoyed every bit of our time here. If you have never been to Germany i would suggest staying here because of the short walk to the tram station.

My experience with Augsburg Living is unquestionably one of the best locations I have stayed in and one of the best accommodation companies I have experienced. The rooms are always clean and well looked after. The staff are friendly and incredibly flexible. I would recommend Augsburg Living to anyone who needs to send time in or around Augsburg.

Excellent customer focus and service. Squeaky clean, open and friendly staff, super responsive and accommodating. Location is strategic as well, good public transport connections and proximity both to the city center as well as the main highway to Munich.

Stayed for 2 weekend nights while visiting Augsburg. Location was brilliant, a short walk to a tram. Decor of the room was lovely, also very clean. Communication with the landlord was first class.
