Everything went perfectly smooth from start to finish. The helpful text messages with all the check‑in and check‑out information made arrival effortless, and the card pickup process was quick and easy. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and so comfortable — we immediately felt at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay; it honestly felt like an 11 out of 10!

For a quick stay, this was fine but nothing special. Rooms are fairly large, include a small kitchen, location is the best thing going for it. 5 minute walk to tram stop for easy access into the city centre. The beds are not comfortable, that includes the mattress, pillows and the covers on them. Sadly im also not a fan of sliding glass doors for bathrooms, especially when directly next to the bed. This leads to little to no privacy. The door itself also doesnt really close properly. And a note when booking, parking was advertised.. after booking came the email clarifying an extra charge was required for parking at €15/day! Overall as I said, it was fine but I think id look for alternatives.

Instructions were good enough, easy check in even there is nobody around. My experience was amazing with modern designed room, complementary water, coffee, comfortable bed etc.. The only negative things I experienced were my iPad couldn’t connect to wifi somehow and it wasn’t possible to share my iphone screen to the TV (maybe not smart enough) but I managed with Youtube on TV. There was a drain smell in the room and not enough ventilation which needs to be improved I think. When I try to go out of the parking lot I searched a lot to find some buttons that I can press, pull or swipe cards etc. But found out that the gate automatically opens when trying to go out directly with the car 😊 I think this information can also be added to parking instructions 😊

Lovely comfortable and clean apartment - location a short subway ride in to the centre. Two things that would have made our stay perfect - some hooks on the walls (!) and some info in the apartment particularly about travel around the city. We got a Koln transport card for our group which was great but some info about this in the room would have been great. We loved the roof terrace and the opportunity to buy stuff from the kiosk outside. Good value for money and we would definitely stay again.
