The reception manager is fantastic, he is Italian, be sure to say ciao when you visit. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind, they go above and beyond always. I am thoroughly impressed with the effort the staffs dedicate daily. They changed my opinion of not just the establishment, but the city itself. The cleaning staff are truly impressive, they start early and are meticulous in their activities. The cleaning manager is always vigilant guaranteeing that every room is cleaned to a specific standard, if it is not satisfactory, he steps in. Impressive stuff and a passion for excellence. In all, I love this establishment. Keep up the fantastic work.
