I stayed at the Ameron Hotel in Cologne last night and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Even though I arrived quite late, the check-in service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself has a fantastic ambience — elegant, tasteful, and very relaxing. My room was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished, with stylish accessories and great attention to detail throughout. Everything felt high-quality and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was also outstanding, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality food and very attentive, friendly staff. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would happily recommend the Ameron Hotel Cologne to anyone visiting the city. Thank you very much for the excellent hospitality!

A great modern hotel in Cologne, more business-oriented but very comfortable and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, and feature high-quality beds, which is often highlighted as a big plus. It’s not right in the city center, but well connected by tram so you can reach main attractions quickly. Breakfast is good, though a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a very reliable and pleasant stay.

3.5. Excellently located hotel with paid secure parking, €20 for 24 hours. Nicely decorated inside, professional and friendly staff. Dog friendly, with bed, bowls and a few treats provided. Quite strongly perfumed throughout, different smell in lobby, then in hallway of 4th floor and then in room too. Had an allergic reaction to bedding and towels, so had to sleep on mattress without any bedding and the sheet we brought for the dog which was a bit annoying. Comfortable mattress though. Quiet room, didn't hear any noise from neighbours. A little bit of noise from outside traffic when we opened the window but nothing particularly disruptive. Room far too hot! Set at 23 degrees, you can alter by +3 or -3, but then after a while it just went back up to 23 again.. Nice bathroom. Everywhere clean. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as was €24 per person.

We had a very nice stay at Ameron. Room (premium) was comfortable and warm (January :) The sauna was great and the gym too although basic. Breakfast was excellent with ample variety of fresh and organic foods. Dined three times in the hotel restaurant and every time it was super tasty and high end cooking.
