We stayed here for one night and had a great experience. We booked as B&B Hotels members, which came with some nice benefits such as a late Sunday checkout and a complimentary bottle of water. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the city centre. We were also able to check in well before the official check in time, which was excellent service and much appreciated. The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and comfortable. What impressed us the most was how incredibly quiet the hotel was. We stayed on the seventh floor and did not hear any noise from the hallway or neighbouring rooms, which made for a very relaxing night. There is also a convenient shop at the reception where you can buy drinks and snacks. The parking facilities are excellent and include charging points for electric cars. We would definitely choose this hotel again. We are big fans of the B and B Hotels chain and this stay once again confirmed why.

There were some insects in the room because the bunk beds hadn't been properly cleaned. The receptionist changed our room, but although the other two rooms we looked at were better, they were also Would you like to participate? with insects because of gum, cookies, and candy left under the beds. The breakfast was richer and better compared to other hotels.

Arrived after ~24h travel and had a very frustrating check-in experience. I was told to wait repeatedly and wasn’t properly asked for ID or reservation details until much later, which led to me waiting in the lobby until around 7 PM. The issue was only resolved when another staff member stepped in. I also never received any response to my follow-up message. During the stay, room cleaning and towel changes were not done, and the Wi-Fi in the room has been unreliable, forcing me to work from the lobby. The room itself is fine and comfortable, but the service, communication, and basic housekeeping standards were disappointing.
