Today I got my mammography in this hospital, everyone was super helpful, special thanks to doctor and nurses in radiology department for very informative talk, their guidance, patience and positive approach. My German language capability is limited and they communicated in English perfectly, also for my clear understanding they even called someone who knows Turkish to explain some specific points.

i came in for a uti that had spread to my kidneys, the doctors office was closed so that’s why i came here. i got registered, (they registered me under a completely wrong name because the lady did not read my passport at all) then sent up to urology. upon arriving at the urology desk, i was IMMEDIATELY met with hostility by the clerks. i had only smiled and said hallo, the lady rudely asks for my papers, then reads my symptoms / diagnosis / whatever was written on it, OUT LOUD for everyone to hear, then starts berating me. she was immediately mad at me for being there. then interrupting me to shoo me out of the room. i was met with total judgment. then she gives me a cup to pee in and quickly (and not clearly) tells me where the bathroom is and what to do. by this point i did not know i was registered under the wrong name, and one of the nurses kept calling that wrong name, eventually YELLING, and got so mad, and just had total attitude towards me. the doctor i saw after was, however, very respectful. all in all, in my visit here, i was met with disgusting and completely inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour which has no place in healthcare. none of those people in the hospit

I had an operation at the Ob/gyn department, and am very happy I chose this hospital. The care was great, everyone at every step of the way was nice and professional. The nurses took great care of me, and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The doctors were thorough and explained everything in detail. The hospital itself was clean and welcoming (as much as a hospital can be). Thanks to all the staff for taking care of me!

I gave birth at this hospital 13 days ago. I'm very satisfied with everything. The staff is very polite, they were always helpful the premises were clean, the food was good. Most of the staff speaks English as my German is very weak.

Ob/Gyn: I was yesterday there for a non life-threatening operation and I have the best impressions so far. The doctors were calm, smiling, very polite, professionals, helped me to be soothed and informed me about every step of the way with accuracy, making me feel sure I was in good hands. Also all the other medical personel I personally came in contact with, even for the smallest thing, were friendly, down to earth and practically everything I needed to be ready for my operation. The time spent in the hospital was relatively long but it is completely understandable, since I was not in a life threatening situation and these type of procedures are, because of their nature, without an appointment. During that time I was registered, examined, had blood taken, talked to the anesthesiologist, prepared in the room, got the operation, recovered, was checked again, talked to the anesthesiologist again and finally the doctor with the last information needed. Other patients that were there the day before, I believe got the op arrangement sooner, just because most of their preparation work was already done, so keep that in mind in case you are not in a hurry. Lastly the hospital was very ver
