There are no words to explain the kindness of the people who work here. I had surgery with Dr. Aycan for my thyroid removal. From the receptionist Frau Krämer to the nurses, the care they give you, everything and everyone was incredible. Dr. Aycan also came to see me twice after the surgery and I can only recommend her. The anesthesiologist talked with me and calmed me down, all the staff that prepped me during the anesthesia were hugging me and treating me with so much love that I thought this was unbelievable. I was so nervous but felt so cared, God bless this people. Greetings to the 3B section and to Ignacio and the team of wonderful nurses and doctors! The experience was so great I am considering to re-schedule a surgery at another hospital here.

Very patient and friendly people here. It’s one of the toughest job on earth with so much responsibility, physical and mental load, but they tried to make us feel like human and took care of our bodily health as well as emotional warming. I have countless appreciation from my heart for all the employees of this hospital. I know you might not read this, but we do deeply appreciate your kindness here and there. They make a ripple. With lots of love ❤️

Very kind staff with high expertise. Everybody are speaking English, which is very important to me. Clean room and bathroom, food was ok. Recommendations!

I had my daughter in this hospital and stayed a few days, and despite the many competent midwife/ doctors, the general administration is a disaster: poor breakfast / dinner. It was even difficult to obtain water. Misinformation among Staff (one situation, although we have booked a family room, another Staff came early in the morning and impolitely complained to us without checking the information internally). Patient history all wrote on a paper, so one got to manage the next tests / results themselves better than then. the room is too small to hold 2 pregnancies. Very common to to wait for amendment due to internal shifts. Installations (light control / privacy) make no sense. Some staff assigned as nurse really do not fit the skills (When the mother lost a lot of liquid in one situation, the staff did not know what to do and she was more concerned about cleaning the place). Anyway, they seem to run the hospital at random.
