I had an extreme pain which was caused by a cyst rapture. First went to ST Marien hospital which later sent me to here, Krankenhaus der Augustinerinnen gynecology ambulance, because in previous hospital there was no gynecology ambulance. This hospital called the Krankenhaus der Augustinerinnen beforehand to ask if they will be free to check me for which they said that they are free. However here we are already waiting for our second hour! how can an ambulance not assist a person in pain in 2 hours? this is just ridiculous! every time we ask when will I be accepted they say "in few minutes" however already more than 2 hours waiting. If the hospital is so busy why did they say they are free in first case? we would have gone to another hospital then.

My wife gave birth here. Our impression was perfect. The hospital staff and people were very nice. It was as if they came from heaven. You should pay attention, it is stated that people are given food in the hospital and that there is a meal service, but the food service is very inadequate, you should always be prepared for this. I can even say that it is one of the best quality hospitals you can see in Germany.

I visited this hospital yesterday because the ambulance I called took me there. I was in extreme pain, this was my first visit to a German hospital and I was a bit afraid because I don't speak German. However, all the nurses and doctors were very kind to me and communicated in perfect English. Even though the pain stopped at some point, they kept checking to find what had caused it until the end. They ran many exams until they gave me a diagnose. I had an excellent experience here and I'm very grateful for how I was treated.

My experience was not so bad here. I had my elbow surgery here. The doctors and nurses are friendly and most of them are good English speakers. The environment was not so bad, but they should think about the cooling system in the summer. I faced a very bad situation for this. Another problem is one lady at the emergency desk. She was very rude. Even with a 90+ aged senior citizen. The other stuff I have found good

My experience with this hospital is excellent. I came there as an emergency case , had 3 general anesthesia (1 biopsy and 2 big operations) in a 5 weeks. My room had a balcony overlooking the hospital's garden, birds were singing and the staff was amazingly kind and caring. Doctors, young and senior were professional and kind, no matter how strange it can sound l enjoyed my stay there as much as it was possible in those circumstances. Since l Don't speak German, all staff spoke English with no hesitation Only one thing which l could complain of is a dinner with white bread for toast which was not toasted but food can be ordered by delivery service or one can go to the hospital's caffe where the food is better so that was minor problem considering all what was going around me those weeks. Thanks to Dr. Wolf, Dr. Schmoling, Dr. Ieva, Dr. Eva, Dr. Ahmed, Nicole, Ulrike, Andrea, Karina and many others ..
