Practical place in a very central location, close to the main station and city center. The room was clean and functional, but quite minimal with little extra comfort. Good option for a short stay

If you can’t say anything good, don’t say anything at all — but unfortunately this place leaves me with a lot to say. This was already our third room before even checking in properly. The first room appeared to be under construction, and the second supposedly had water damage. I arrived around midnight, and the first impression of entering the hotel was unsettling. The stairway was also very inconvenient when carrying suitcases. Once in the room, the condition was unacceptable: - Smoke detector covered with a plastic bag (Fire hazard) - Large stains on the curtain - Sheer curtains with stains and holes - Carpet covered in multiple stains and clearly not vacuumed - Finger marks on the sides of doors from previous guests - Coffee machine and kettle in need of proper descaling/cleaning - Television covered in fingerprints -The bed was not very comfortable, although at least it was easy to roll out of. The bathroom was no better: -Dust everywhere, especially on the towel rack -White soap residue on the shower wall - finger marks on the door - Questionable repair work on the shower wall - Toothpaste residue found in the bathroom sink. Avoid this place!! I booked a room through Booking.com and realized within 10 minutes that I had selected the wrong date. I immediately tried calling the hotel, but they did not answer at first. When they finally did, they said they were not responsible for cancellations and refused to help. I contacted Booking.com customer service, and the hotel told them they would get back to me within 10 minutes — but they never did. Then, two hours before check-in on the reservation day, they suddenly said I couldn’t cancel because it was “last minute.” I had already tried to fix the issue right away. The staff were rude and unhelpful. When I arrived, someone was sleeping in front of the entrance, making it hard to enter the building. The room was also not clean. Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service and unacceptable conditions.

Not a bad little spot, 5 min walk from the station and cathedral. Cute little room with private bathroom. Quiet through the night. Delongi coffee machine with free pods. Self service check in - no reception to store luggage for the day once checked out however there was a luggage storage near by.

Mixed feelings: location is real central. Checkin process is max 2Stars. The room I got was the smallest one I ever had. Rooms are mostly renovated but both TVs were set to Türkey language and simply didn’t work. No breakfast onsite.
