Ich wurde ausgesprochen freundlich und kompetent beraten und bedient. Dieses Sanitätshaus steht den „Big Playern“ bzw. großen Ketten in nichts nach. Ich würde immer wieder hier hin gehen!

Super nette Dame die mich sehr lieb beraten hat obwohl ich dort nichts geholt habe. Habe leider was anderes gesucht. Bei den nächsten Malen komme ich immer hierher. Kann die anderen Reszensionen nicht verstehen.

Fast nicht hingegeganen wegen der schlechten Rezensionen, aber ich bin so positiv überrascht worden, das ich meine erste Rezension schreibe um den negativen Bewertungen etwas entgegen zusetzten. Sehr nette Beratung durch eine kompetente, kölsche, ältere Dame. Ist halt nicht der schicke weiße Sanitätshaustempel, aber toller Service.Thrombosestrümpfe für OP wurden angepasst.

Ich kann das Bild was die negativen Kommentare hier zeichnen möchten absolut nicht bestätigen. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage meinerseits ob denn nun endlich die Orthese gekommen ist war man stets sehr freundlich und Verständnisvoll und hat mir erklärt wie ich das ganze beschleunigen kann. Jetzt ist dann sogar tatsächlich kurz vor Ladenschluss für dieses Jahr angerufen worden, dass es endlich soweit ist und auch das Anlegen sowie die Erklärung waren absolut einwandfrei. Gerne wieder!

Völlig überzogene Preise. Habe dort eine Bandage gekauft. Für 84,99€ im Internet wäre diese 37,99€ direkt beim Hersteller gewesen. Ich unterstütze gerne Geschäfte vor Ort und zahle etwas mehr ! Aber ist Wucher! Nie wieder!
