Ganz tolles Sanitätshaus. Wegen einer kurzfristigen Flugreise in der Schwangerschaft habe ich kurzfristig Kompressionsstrümpfe gebraucht. Ich konnte mich am selben Tag vermessen lassen und die Strümpfe direkt mitnehmen, was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Sehr nette Beratung, vorab vom Kollegen aus dem Büro und von der Dame aus dem Verkauf. 😊Nochmals vielen lieben Dank!!

Ich hatte in den letzten Monaten das Glück vom Care Team, in meinem Fall Frau Fuchs und Frau Heinemann, bzgl. Stoma betreut worden zu sein und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Gerade in einer gesundheitlich anspruchsvollen und unsicheren Zeit ist eine gute persönliche Betreuung sehr wichtig und durch das Team habe ich mich fachlich aber auch menschlich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich kann in dieser Hinsicht Appelrath-Kemper nur wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung in der letzten Zeit.

Strongest recommendation!!!! After a stupid injury and and four weeks recovery I was finally allowed to switch my bandages to a sporty version, just in time for vacation - or so I thought. But what the doctor had subscribed me was close to impossible to track down in all of cologne. Until I called here. A lovely phone call first with the receptionist and afterwards with Mrs Manz made me travel into the inner city. Upon arrival I was treated with an honest smile. The bandages had been put aside already, and after some tryouts she found the absolutely perfect size for me. As long as I love in cologne I will be back. Perfect service, great atmosphere, lovely people. Just Outstanding!
