Disappointing service experience. With only two clerks and a long queue, one staff member spent over 35 minutes with a single customer and let the conversation drag on far longer than necessary. In that situation, staff should be aware of the people waiting and keep things moving in a more customer-focused way, especially when others have already been there for nearly 50 minutes.

I came into this store ready to purchase a Cube bike, having already bought two previous bikes from this exact chain. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly off-putting.When I pointed out that the test bike felt too short and twitchy compared to my previous rides, the clerk’s response was that my previous bikes must have been 'sized wrongly.' This was an especially inappropriate and unprofessional comment considering those previous bikes were sized and sold to me by this very same chain (in Sendling). Instead of listening to my feedback on the fit or trying to cross-sell me a more suitable model, the clerk completely missed the opportunity to help a ready buyer. To top it off, when I asked for the right sizing they measured in store this time, I was told they weren't allowed to help because I might buy elsewhere. My intention was to actually check on the cube and Rabe pages because the Clerk was not ready to sell me another bike on the spot! As a loyal customer who wanted to support a local branch, being treated like a window shopper is a surefire way to lose a sale. Great service. I bought a bike and they were very informative and happily helped me fit it and change what I wanted, even when coming back days after the purchase.

The team at Rabe Bike Schwabing is fantastic! Super friendly and professional — they consult in both English and German, which really helped us feel comfortable and understood. They’ve been incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to maintenance and follow-up service. Always approachable and efficient. I have just purchased a gravel bike here. All staff are super friendly, open and extremely knowledgeable. In case you are looking for a gravel bike, a road bike, mountain bike or e-bike (they offer all kinds of bicycles), I highly recommend going here. The experience in this shop was a lot better than in most other shops I have been to. Thanks again everyone at Rabe Bike Schwabing, can’t wait for my first rides.

Rabe Bike is the first Bike shop where I experienced such a good personal service. They measure you and give you great advice on the bikes they can offer. I recommend setting an appointment online. Also great advice and introduction when purchasing new bike. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Ordered a new High end E-MTB out of Switzerland, initially i was a bit worried about the procedure to export/Import the bike but the online information about the whole order process with the explanation from the friendly staff was very convincing. So I placed my order, extremely fast processing and a week later I picked up my bike near the German - Swiss border. The Bike was perfectly packed, the papers for the declarations were easily available, the custom clearance was done within 10' and everything worked like a breeze...The bike is great..waiting for spring to really enjoy my new ride:=) I am 150% satisfied and will order my future bike or accessories from these Rabe guys anytime again..Highly recommended!

Great service! I bought my bike there a month ago (Orbea Terra H30) which I am very satisfied with. Many employees speak English (not all, but they always find a way to help you) and it was easy to communicate and finalize the purchase. A week ago I started having problems with the gearbox. I went there on a Friday (almost at closing time) and they helped me with what was possible at the time (they adjusted the shift registers), but the problem demanded a little more time. They told me to come back on Monday. I went back there and they changed the shift wire and other things on the spot. Amazing service, especially since I didn't have to pay for anything. Very professional indeed.
