München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

I have visited this bike studio several times, and on every occasion I have experienced genuine warmth, friendliness, and a truly helpful attitude from the entire team. What I appreciate most is the respect they show towards their customers. The conversations are refreshingly informal and friendly, while still being professional. You can genuinely feel that their priority is to understand the problem and find a practical solution as quickly as possible. Most recently, I visited them to have my son's "Polizei" bike repaired. What made this visit particularly memorable was the way the entire team interacted with him. They involved him in the conversation, made him feel proud and special about his bike, and patiently explained what they were going to repair. As a parent, it was really wonderful to see. That experience alone made me very happy to support the shop, and I ended up purchasing a brand-new helmet for my son there as well — something I would normally have ordered online. In today's increasingly digital world, where so much is purchased with a few clicks, it is sometimes easy to forget the value of genuine human interaction and good personal service. Seyf and Basti were extremely helpful with my bicycle issue. They taught me a few things whilst helping me that I’ll remember for my life. Highly recommend this shop.

Really great bike shop!! I've brought multiple bikes here for service, as well as coming for gear and everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and makes a real effort to help you out. In a few emergency visits before a big bike tour, they've gone above and beyond to help with a few small issues! They also service Campagnolo groupsets, which can be hard to find a shop which does so. Highly recommended
