About Palmtreeclub
Palmtreeclub is a restaurant in München, Bayern. It is listed at Augustenstraße 43, 80333 München-Maxvorstadt, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.
Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–10 pm. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is 089 32968978. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, palmtreeclub.de.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 1,000 reviews, which is a strong result for a restaurant in München and suggests consistent service.
München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

The service and staff were really nice but the food was a disappointing. We got the menu for 2 with the avocado toast, egg toast and eggs Benedict. The avocado and egg toast had way too much pickled onion and dill, and the poached egg on the Benedict was very overcooked.

An amazing find in Munich. A dedicated gluten free GF and restaurant for Celiac. Not German food at all. Had pasta and Asian themed food. We got the truffle penne pasta and the Thai noodles. They were both out of this world good. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a different style of food in Munich.

This was my first trip abroad since being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease, and what a great choice for our first night in Munich. I didn't have to worry at all about cross-contamination and the food and cocktails were delicious - I'd highly recommend!

Good place! Most of the dishes were great, but the nachos were meh. Small menu, but gluten-free, and nice people who work there!

I love this place. It marks itself outside as gluten free. And i have celiac disease, so that makes me immediately at ease. The menu has a great diversity on it. I had the summer rolls and Thai noodles. They had great flavor. They have cocktails and wine. The ambience is so inviting and cozy. I will be back!
