This is easily my favourite bar in Cologne, and one I plan to return to again and again. The cocktails look and taste incredible. The team is clearly passionate about what they do and are happy to go beyond the menu. Whether you're in the mood for a classic cocktail or a creative twist on one, just ask and they'll see what they can do. A standout from my visit was the special of the week: a brilliant twist on an espresso martini made with coffee, mezcal, sage, and tonka. If you're looking for outstanding cocktails, a beautiful setting, and a welcoming service, ONA MOR is a must-visit in Cologne.

Small, dark, specific. The kind of cocktail bar that knows exactly what it is. The Smoked Old Chocolate is the drink to start with — not because it’s the only good thing on the menu but because it tells you what the bar is doing with flavor. The menu is larger than it looks and organized around taste rather than category. The staff refills the water and popcorn without being asked, which sounds minor and turns out to matter over the course of an evening. The couch area in the back is where you end up when you’ve stopped counting drinks.

Atmosphere: 8/10 Ona Mor has a slightly darker interior that works well with its stylish, relaxed vibe. The back bar looks sharp and well-stocked, and the space offers a good amount of seating both at the bar counter and in a couch area for groups. Cool design elements add personality, and the music volume is well-judged. Drinks: 8/10 Recommendation: Smoked Old Chocolate The menu is simple in look but offers a large selection, structured by flavor profiles with clear ingredient descriptions. Good quality glassware, nice coasters, and thoughtful garnish choices pair with attractive presentation. Drinks taste well-executed and satisfying. Service: 9/10 Water and complimentary popcorn served on arrival. Service is friendly, professional, and attentive. Prices are slightly above average for Cologne. Reservations are not required.

I loved the ambiance inside. Super cozy. It was my first time there, but it felt like a place that I’ve been going since forever. Probably the staff work there contributed to this feeling in a positive way. If you can’t decide what to drink, don’t worry; they will make a great recommendation based on your preferences. Obviously, they are good at this. When I am in Cologne next time, I will definitely stop by for another delicious cocktail. "P.S.: I loved the way they pay attention to details, such as refilling the free water and bringing popcorn next to your drink as a treat."

Awesome cocktails and super creative. the service was top notch, Always give us attention if we want anything and always refills our FREE water and popcorn. the cocktails also arrive in second after we order it. Definitely my new cocktail bar in cologne! 100% recommended
