I haven't been in this bar actually, but the light design, and neat atmosphere called my attention when passing by. May be is new on the area, cause i never saw it before, but i will definetly go to have drinks therey cause the presentation its already very curated, so i assume the experience will be at least as good. I'll update my comment when i get so far.

Sam is so knowledgeable about the drinks he made. Despite tried 30+ top 50 bars all over the worlds, this bar definitely have potential to win a place. It just matter of marketing, drink quality is phenomenal

Lovely new bar with a fantastic concept—drinks are color-coded, so it’s really easy to choose your perfect one based on flavours you prefer. Cocktails are inventive and unique, and bartenders are skillful. Loved the ambience - the space has a perfect yellow-ish lighting, which makes it cozy yet vibey, and the playlist sets up the mood.

The Zest and Spice has rightfully joined the ranks of the greatest cocktail bars that cologne has to offer. The extensive bar menu plays intricately from the clean interior, and all the drinks we had throughout the evening were impeccable. Love to come back and enjoy the energetic atmosphere.

We were just walking by after a dinner, and we noticed the new sign and curiously went into this new venue in Cologne. We are regular customers of Toddy Tapper, which has the same owner (Indika) as Zest and Spice. We were immediately greeted by Indika, and he explained the concept and showed us around. We ordered the Yuzu Margarita, Carajillo Martini and Yuzu Colada. All of them are exceptionally delicious as expected, showcasing the art of cocktails with a clear direction. The perfect balance is what makes the difference to a lot of other places. There is a certain feeling that a lot of thought and experimenting went into them.
