Came in here with my derailleur bent after an accident. My SRAM gearing didn’t work as supposed. I am currently on tour a bike packing tour to Vienna and really need help to keep on touring. The Multicycle team has been super friendly and helpful, and fixed the issue right away even though they were super busy. Patrick is super knowledgeable and fixed all the gear issues, gave the bike a quick check and some air - in no time I was back on track! Perfect customer service!!! Thanks for you help!!! Very recommended!

Okay, here I brought one beautiful story regarding to this shop. I visited here with my super old bike before to change the flattened tire. But the engineer really gave effort to look at all the other parts! - it was even not a cube bike. Tbh, I felt sorry for that, but he said it was fun to him. It looked almost new one when he finished to fix that. But he just asked the price for the tire. As my old bike was getting dangerous to ride, I decided to change my bike several days ago. And obviously to Cube bike from the previous wonderful experience. I ordered the bike in the online shop, and brought the bike to this store to assemble properly. The engineer (colleague of the first engineer) remembered me, and again checked my new bike super thoroughly! + They speak English very well. As I already wrote a review of this shop before, I made one more google account to review here again. 😋 High recommendation!!

I can HIGHLY recommend this store! I travelled from Ingolstadt to come and buy an e-bike, and from start to the end, the service was impeccable! I was welcomed with a friendly approach in store and assisted immediately. The store has a nice range of bikes and necessary accessories, everything you would need. I really want to thank the whole team for being so helpful and kind, and making my shopping experience worth the distance I travelled! (25.10.2021)

I brought my Cube eBike (purchased elsewhere prior to this store's recent opening) to this shop for an annoying squeak that seemed to be coming from the front post and fork assembly. I thought it was a minor issue but the mechanic had to disassemble the whole front end to replace an internal plastic collar that had split. This turned out to be the source of the squeak. The entire effort took about 45 minutes but I wasn't charged. Needless to say I am very pleased. I don't know if every bike store stands behind their product like this Cube Shop did, particularly when I hadn't purchased the bike there. So, in my mind, they went above and beyond expectations.
