It was okay. There was a slight issue on the movie playing since it played the movie on 3d when the people in the theater paid for 2d but all was well and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes!! The food was okay nothing special, typical popcorn and a large drink. There was a slight oder smell in the theater but it was manageable.

There was no air conditioning in the waiting areas and only very weak air conditioning inside the auditorium. We were in screen 14, and it felt smelly and stuffy even before the movie began. I got a bit sweaty by the end of the movie. The overall experience was barely tolerable on a less hot day when it was only 30 degrees outside. I don’t want to imagine what it’s like during hotter periods.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the conditions in the waiting area of your cinema. When I visited today , there was no air conditioning operating in the waiting area Dolby cinema ground floor even though a large number of people were waiting to enter the cinema. The outside temperature was around 36°C, and the temperature inside the waiting area felt even higher because of the crowd and lack of ventilation. This made the whole cinema experience very uncomfortable and significantly reduced the enjoyment of our visit. Many guests were visibly affected by the heat while waiting. Dolby Cinema is promoted as a premium cinema experience, so it is especially disappointing that the waiting area was not properly air-conditioned. I kindly ask you to ensure that the air conditioning is also used in the waiting area, particularly during very hot weather, so that customers can wait in a comfortable environment. Please use air conditioning in the waiting area as well. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the situation for future visitors.

My favorite cinema!! The workers are always really nice, there’s a good selection of English movies and for 20 euros you get 2 HUGE cups of drinks, large popcorn & Nachos. The seats are really comfortable, I really never had anything to complain about

Comfy seats and lovely popcorn. Sound was a tad high each time but thats a personal preference. However, be careful if you want the English version as life can go terribly wrong when you pick up snacks, find your lovely seats, settle in and then look at the screen and see Matt Damon speaking German 🙄
