Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–7 pm. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 733 reviews, which is a strong result for a café in München and suggests consistent service.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

For me the best price/value for fancy coffee so far. Really exceptional roasts with fruity sweet flavors (strawberry, peach, cherries, you name it). They roast and serve Coffee how it should be - well balanced, superb quality, and not roasted to death and coal. Their matcha is also very tasty!

The coffee was good, the service was fast, and the latte art showed attention to detail. Overall, the café is pleasant enough, but there were a few things that would keep me from returning. I tried the iced mango oat matcha, which unfortunately wasn’t for me. I’m not sure whether it was the type of oat milk used or the particular matcha itself, but the flavor combination simply didn’t work. I occasionally enjoy matcha drinks, including mango matcha, so this wasn’t a case of disliking matcha in general—this specific version just didn’t appeal to me. The pastry selection also looked rather uninspiring. Another unusual aspect was the lack of on-site restrooms. Customers are directed to facilities in a neighboring business, which in itself wasn’t a major issue. However, the restrooms were not particularly clean, and that inevitably affected the overall experience of the café. That said, it is clearly a place with its own style and loyal customer base. The café was busy during my visit, and it’s obvious that many people enjoy what they do. It simply wasn’t the right fit for me personally. The speed of service was excellent and the staff were efficient, but overall this is probably not a

Love their coffee and Franzbrötchen! Very crowded during the day but worth it :) Would wish a normal size of coffee to go though and normal lids for hot drinks (it explodes!)

Favorite coffee shop in Munich! Speciality coffee and matcha are absolutely amazing. They have many different options for your favorite coffee or matcha order! They also have some great sweat treats like banana bread and brownies! The atmosphere is cool and warm and the staff is kind and friendly. I go there at least once a week 😅 10/10

The hotel we were staying at offered Man versus Machine coffee bags, which were amazing. We decided to go to one of the shops to get some coffee to take home. A good range of coffee beans and bags, (The Ethiopian coffee bags are delicious) It would have been rude not to have tried a coffee when we were there. Two flat whites later and we were on our way. As the sign in the window said: "Life can be bitter, your coffee shouldn't be"
