Eine lange Zeit - doch jeder Kurs war einzigartig, obwohl die Inhalte ähnlich waren: Atmung, Achtsamkeit, Reinspüren, Dehnen, Drehen, Vorbeugen, Rückbeugen, ...: - Bhavana – der Fokus während der Yogapraxis - Bandha und der Weg in die Stille - Asanas – Anwendung und Wirkung - Asana – und der Weg des Übens - Der Wandel – die Veränderung - Yoga – Wege des Yoga Ich habe - gelernt meinen Körper anders wahrzunehmen, - habe gelernt Mantras zu tönen, - habe gelernt auf verschiedene Weise zu atmen, - gelernt die Dinge auf verschiedene Weisen zu betrachten, - mich mit anderen Kursteilnehmern ausgetauscht, - mit den Anderen zusammen gelacht, - mich auf jeden Montag-Abend gefreut. Ich habe diese Übungen kennengelernt: Sonnengruß, Mondgruß, Bettelmönch, Baum, Standwaage, Vorbeugen, Rückbeugen, Schulterbrücke, Helden, Vierfüßler, Kobra, kleinen Hund, großen Hund mit beiden Beinen / mit einem Bein, Kerze, Kopfstand, gedrehte Dreieck, Drehsitz, Skorpion, Heuschrecke, Lotussitz, Langsitz, …. um nur einige zu nennen.
