Ich bin bei Anika im Yoga und bin sehr zufrieden. Mit ihrer ruhigen, positiven und herzlichen Art schafft sie eine wundervolle Atmosphäre. Man merkt, wie viel Liebe sie in ihre Arbeit steckt und wie wichtig es ihr ist, Körper und Seele wieder in Einklang zu bringen. Jede Stunde tut einfach gut. Vielen Dank, liebe Anika. ❤️

Ich war bereits letztes Jahr bei diesem Yoga Retreat und war so begeistert, dass ich dieses Jahr wieder dabei war. Es war wieder eine wunderschöne Erfahrung! Die Atmosphäre, die Yoga-Einheiten und die liebevolle Organisation waren einfach großartig. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Herzensempfehlung! Seit ein paar Monaten praktiziere ich Yoga bei Annika und mein Körper dankt es mir jedes Mal. Annikas Stil ist unglaublich intensiv, motivierend, erfrischend und lebendig. Durch ihre eigene Präsenz und Power, sowohl auf mentaler, als auch auf körperlicher Ebene, bringt sie mich dazu, an meine eigenen Grenzen zu gehen, herauszufinden, was (noch) möglich ist - das schätze ich sehr und habe es nach langen Jahren des Praktizierens auch noch nicht so erlebt. Die Musikauswahl bringt zusätzlich eine gewisse Tiefe in den Unterricht, die mir immer wieder hilft, zu mir zurück zu kommen. Vielen Dank, liebe Annika!

Ich war Teilnehmerin von Anikas Tagesyogaretreat am Stadlerhof und empfand ihr ruhiges, sicheres Anleiten ihrer ausgewogen aufgebauten und sowohl fordernden als auch entspannenden Yogasequenzen als sehr angenehm. Bei ihrem nächsten Retreat bin ich wieder dabei!

Ich habe bei Anika Yogaunterricht genommen und bin absolut begeistert. Ihre einfühlsame Art und ihre klare, ruhige Anleitung machen jeden Stunde zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Sie schafft es, sowohl Anfänger als auch Fortgeschrittene dort abzuholen, wo sie stehen , und geht dabei immer auf individuelle Bedürfnisse ein. Ich kann Anika jedem empfehlen, der Yoga auf eine authentische, herzliche und professionelle Weise erleben möchte.
