Lo recomiendo al 100 por ciento. Estela es una mujer muy preparada desde hace 30 años en taoísmos Qi Gong y terapias alternativas como acupresion la cual a mí me ayudó muchísimo, tanto para la ansiedad como para relajarme su Studio ubicado en el centro de Ingolstadt es divino, te sientes con mucha paz y relajación al practicar Qi Gong no dudes si buscas algo buscarla a elle

Durch die Kombination aus bewusster Atmung und fliessenden Bewegungen kann man den Alltagsstress sehr gut hinter sich lassen. Estela ist eine hervorragende Lehrerin und zeigt die Übungen mit viel Geduld und Fachwissen. Mit ihrer ruhigen Art geht sie auf alle Teilnehmer individuell ein und schafft so eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Ich bin begeistert und freue mich jede Woche auf den Kurs.

Ich kenne Estela schon bestimmt seit zehn Jahren,sie ist eine große Bereicherung in meinem Leben geworden. Schon seit der ersten Tao yin Joga Stunde war ich begeistert und von dem Raumklima fasziniert. Danach fühlte ich mich total entspannt und erleichtert. Estela hat bemerkenswerte heilende Fähigkeiten in der Massage Behandlung die sie mit sehr viel Erfahrung und Hingabe macht. Auch durch ihre Mentalität ist Estela eine liebevolle sowie warmherzige Person so hat sich zwischen uns eine besondere Freunschaft entwickelt , wofür ich sehr,sehr dankbar bin .
