Absolut empfehlenswert! Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Beratung und dazu eine wirklich tolle Auswahl an Brillen. Man fühlt sich direkt gut aufgehoben. Meine Mutter und ich waren vor Kurzem bei lieblingsBrille und sind beide sehr glücklich mit unseren neuen Brillen. Ich habe eine neue Fernbrille bekommen und meine Mutter eine Gleitsichtbrille. Schon beim Betreten des Geschäfts hat uns die große Auswahl an wunderschönen Brillen begeistert. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen außergewöhnlichen Fassungen. Marken wie Andy Wolf, Götti, Tom Ford und YOU MAWO haben die Auswahl wirklich besonders gemacht. Die Beratung war ausgesprochen freundlich, kompetent und vor allem typgerecht. Es wurde sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und gemeinsam haben wir zwei Brillen gefunden, die perfekt zu uns passen. Vorher wurde eine ausführliche Sehanalyse durchgeführt, sodass unsere Brillen optimal auf unsere Augen abgestimmt wurden. Ich sehe mit meiner neuen Fernbrille richtig gut und meine Mutter hat sich an ihre neue Gleitsichtbrille vom ersten Tag an problemlos gewöhnt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das, weil sie mit ihrer vorherigen Gleitsichtbrille von einem anderen Optiker immer Schwierigkeiten hatte. Ich habe hier meine erste Brille gekauft. Die Terminvergabe war unkompliziert und schnell, die Beratung sehr kompetent und freundlich. Frau Schmitt hat direkt mit dem ersten Griff das passende Brillengestell für mich in der Hand gehabt, was von einem wirklich guten Auge zeugt. Ich fühle mich mit der Brille schön und möchte sie am liebsten gar nicht mehr absetzen. Und das beste: Sie haben es möglich gemacht, dass innerhalb von kürzester Zeit (2 Tage!) meine Brille fertig war, weil ich danach länger aus der Stadt war. Ganz hervorragend, vielen Dank.

Of course the service is good—glasses are incredibly expensive! I paid over 500 euros for a single pair, and that was with a discount. Glasses are overpriced. Yes, you’ll get good service and friendly staff, but you’ll also pay a really high price. You won’t even know the total cost at the beginning—they only surprise you with it at the end. And when I asked them for my own eye measurements, they refused to give them to me. It’s all about money.
