I came in one day looking for a new pair of glasses and only had 2 references of what I was looking for, 1) a discontinued Peter & may frame and 2) an AI generated image of a frame. As soon as I walked in the shop at Kurfürstenplatz I was greeted and assisted by Felix. He quickly picked up what I was looking for and provided a number of frames to try, giving great recommendations and guidance along the way. When I asked him for his personal opinion on what else would look good for my face, he quickly got to work and provided a few more frames to try on. We were able to narrow it down to 2 finalists, and got to planning a follow up visit with an eye exam. On my second visit I was assisted by Max who gave me an eye exam, accommodating me in english. I felt both Max and Felix provided very professional service, also calling on their personal experience in providing guidance and advice. I was very pleased by the amount of time they took to explain everything in detail of what I might be looking for, and what works for my style. I can definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking to find their next new pair of glasses, their selection is superb and their team even more so

I had my first glasses at Docks 10 years ago and only until last week it lost one screw on the right foot. To my surprise, the technician repaired it for free and fasten the left side. He also replace my old case, for free! But it was not just for me, while I was waiting for the repair, I saw how they treat the elder clients always ready to help (from opening the door to carry the wheelchair). All those little things that they don’t have to do but they did anyway. It touches me to see that we still have shops that actually care for customers.

I wanted to get consultation for a new pair of glasses and decided to go into Docks optical shop in Kurfürtsenplatz. And was received very kindly and was assisted immediately. I got a very extensive consultation and an eye exam even though I didn’t have an appointment they accommodated me quite well and professionally. I was very pleased by the amount of time they took to explain everything in detail of what I might need while purchasing my first pair of reading glasses. I can only recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to improve their eyesight at anytime . Thank you Docks team for having me .

A 4.9 rating doesn’t do this store justice, it deserves a full 5 stars and more. I’ve been here before and had only positive experiences each time, but today really stood out. I came in with a broken glasses frame in a bit of an emergency. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed. They immediately identified the problem and offered a quick, on-the-spot solution. Honestly, I haven’t experienced this level of service in Germany in the five years I’ve lived here.

We have ordered glasses for my mom. The sales person Tatiana is super helpful, friendly and professional. She provided us with the recommendations and now we are very happy with the glasses. Also the hearing test was exceptional! Big THANKS for the team! In general, very good Optik with very competent and hospitable staff. TOP!
