The best glasses shop I’ve experienced so far — here’s why. My glasses frame had broken exactly at the point where the two frame parts connect. I went to several shops, but everywhere I heard the same answer: “No, we can’t fix that.” Even when I asked whether both lenses could still be reused and fitted into a new frame, the response was always negative. Then I found Brillenwerk Einwang. They immediately offered a smart two‑step solution: 1. First, try to laser‑weld the broken seam. 2. If that doesn’t work, look for a new frame that can still accommodate my existing lenses. And the timing was impressive as well — after just three days I received a call letting me know that my glasses were ready for pickup. And yes, I saved a lot of money😁 A level of service and problem‑solving I hadn’t found anywhere else. Thank you so much to the whole team!!!

I have been to opticians, optometrists and ophthalmologists a number of times during my bespectacled life, and mostly received good results and service. However, my visit to Optik Einwang blew my mind with the care and precision of vision checks, frame fitting, explanation of costs and benefits of various options. And to top it all I got my two sets of spectacles much sooner than expected - within one week - and I am over the moon with both of these. The only downside is that, though they are the only optometrists I have been to that ever offered me coffee during my wait, they were unable to provide me with a full breakfast. ;-) Keep it up guys and gals!

I arrived with smashed up glasses from a fall. Herr Greller quickly and gently restored the shape for no charge but I was ready for a new pair. He was patient with my limited command of the German language and he help me find the best replacement pair of glasses. While I live close by and thus can zip over, I think this store is worth a trip across town. Thank you for your warm welcome and quick help.
