I don’t understand the low rating and bad reviews, I honestly had a great experience! Yes waiting times can be long, but as in any other clinic. The doctors are very competent and careful, staff is very nice and friendly and service was very good, so overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend with a 5-star rating. Thank you!

I was admitted to the hospital for eight days with a severe condition. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Around 90% of the staff I encountered showed little empathy, and on several occasions I witnessed nurses speaking harshly to elderly patients. Throughout my stay, I was not properly informed about my diagnosis or the treatment plan. I experienced chest pain on multiple nights, likely related to steroid medication, but my concerns were repeatedly ignored. Despite asking numerous times, I was never given clear access to my blood test results, which left me feeling anxious and powerless. Many of the procedures appeared to be carried out by students who lacked sufficient supervision. For example, during an ECG, staff seemed unsure how to correctly place the electrodes and had to rely on a video for guidance, which was concerning. I also underwent a biopsy that resulted in a 6 mm incision with two stitches. Upon discharge seven days later, I requested to have the stitches removed, but this was refused, and I was told to return in two weeks. Despite carefully following wound care instructions using Octenisept, the area became slightly infected. During the follo

After almost one year went to this clinic in general I am very happy with everything. It is (almost) solved my skin problem. The doctors and the staffs are very friendly. They are competent also speaking very good english. Mostly young and energic. Well, the only downside is that peope really need to wait 3-4 months to get an appoinment. I m not sure about the walk in as I have never done it myself. So i would still give 5 star to this clinic. 😊 keep it up!👍🏻🙌🏽

Went there with skin disease. The treatment is professional. Instead of purely guessing and trying, there is tests, there is plan for future, there is document for the treatment. The only problem is that without appointment one has to wait for more than 5 hours, and the available appointment is 3 months away. But I think it's worth the wait.

Desk Staff has no manners; they shout on the phone and are super unprofessional. Not to mention their rudeness; please save time and find another clinic. How can one imagine getting better if the service staff is like that?
