Dr Bonowitz was pleasant and helpful, although I find the manners of both gals at the front desk slightly off-putting. Not outright rude, but somewhat lacking in friendliness

I would like to rate the team separately: I will start with the reception: 6.5 stars: professional, friendly and past my sense of humour test. Surgical assistant: 6.5 stars: didn't have to step dance to distract me from my potential fears. Very calming and very friendly. Has a lovely laugh. Surgeon: 6.5 stars: multitasking, highly intellectual conversations (no tunnel vision) during surgery (barely felt a thing!), didn't use his "rusty" surgical scalpel as announced before the surgery (what pleasant surprise). Felt very safe due to his life experience. A masterclass surgeon (all jokes aside). Messenger pigeon (transporter of meat specimens to the lab): 6.5 stars: no reports of lost objects between the practice and laboratory. Practice : 7.0 stars: I enjoyed my very short stay in the open waiting room. Felt spacious, no doors, no claustrophobia, ok chairs (not crowed), Photographies around the practice very distracting (had to look away all the time because I was raised by mommy). Good interior decorating. 6.5 Stars for: Taking off the stiches after 14 Days: Dr. Voigtländer truly has hands made of silk, as she has assured me before removing my stiches. 7.0 Stars for: Dedicati

Most complaints are regarding the time people needed to wait for an appointment. This just speaks for the success of this clinic. It is also understandable that you cannot show up without an appointment given it is not a hospital and in most cases my guess is that they would point you to the nearest emergency room if you needed immediate attention. However, when I showed up with an emergency the opposite happened. A doctor at the clinic used some free time she had to attend me not long after I arrived. My regular doctor also came by just to check up on me to see what the problem was. Everyone was friendly, professional and kindhearted starting from those at the reception. Five stars on every aspect. Note: I am not a private patient and it didn't make a difference.
